USA Archery 2020 Colorado State JOAD Indoor Championship

• - JOAD State Indoor Championship portion of this weekend is one event: a 'double 18-meter/600 Round' only
• - Registrants will choose either the Friday, February 21st, 1 pm line or the Friday, February 21st, 6 pm line time
• - Check-in will be 1 hour before each chosen shooting time on Friday, February 21st
• - JOAD Age Divisions include Bowman, Cub, Cadet, and Junior
• - Bow type divisions include Barebow, Recurve, and Compound
• - Compound Bows must be 60 pounds or less
• - Lights on Scopes or Fiber Optic sights are prohibited
• - Double-Vision blockers attached to the bow, such as on Scope housings, are prohibited
• - Arrow diameter must be 9.3mm or less (i.e. - Easton X23, Easton Fatboys, etc.)
• - All Compound scoring for 10 points is Inner Ten ring (i.e. - X-ring scored as ten points / the outer portion of ten-ring is scored as 9 points)
• - Double 18 meter Round (Two 30-arrow 18m Rounds)
• - Two official Practice ends at the start of the first round only
• - Target face types include 60cm Single, 40cm Single, 40cm Triangle 3-Spot, and 40cm Vertical 3-Spot
• - Target face replacements will only be authorized by the Chairperson of Judges (COJ) and their Judging Staff
• - Double-paper scorecard will be the official scoring mechanism
• - Rcherz.com electronic will be employed for courtesy purposes
• - Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes will be presented after the evening JOAD shooting line completes
• - USA Archery Membership required
• - USA Archery Dress Code in effect (https://www.usarchery.org/resources/usa-archery-sanctioned-event-dress-code-180319182603.pdf)
• - USA Archery Code of Conduct will be enforced
• - Must be a member of a JOAD Club
• - Must be a resident of the State of Colorado to be eligible for awards and Colorado State records
• - ***Guests/non-residents are allowed to participate but are ineligible for awards or Colorado State Records yet are eligible for World Archery records

This tournament is:

• - Sanctioned as a standalone 'State' level event
• - A World Archery STAR level event (60cm scores excluded from any World Record consideration)
• - Not associated with the annual 'Local' level Colorado JOAD Club Rotational Tournament Series that runs from October 2019 to April 2020

• - JOAD Indoor Championship Registration Fee: $40 per archer (non-refundable)
